Headaches, New Movies, and Anticipation.

Nothing really happened today. I wrote a poem for English. I think it’s the best poem I’ve ever written. I never write good poetry; it always comes out sounding horrible. However, this one was based off of something I experienced a few months. I think if you have something to write about or base whatever you’re supposed to be writing off of an experience it’ll turn out better. I still want to write another line or two, but it may be good if I stop where I am, I’m still not sure. But that’s what happened in class today, I was writing that one poem throughout the entire day.
More movies come out this month include Star Trek, Angels and Demons, and Terminator: Salvation. Star Trek actually comes out tomorrow, however there were early showings today at the Valley View Cinemark. My dad and I will hopefully be going to see it on Sunday. Then Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto will be evaluated on JDKC shortly afterwards. Maybe on Saturday I’ll watch some old Kirk and Spock Star Trek. That way I can compare all the actors and the stories. I will most likely not go see Angels and Demons because I still haven’t finished reading The Da Vinci Code or seen the movie. Then on May 21, Terminator: Salvation comes out and I’m going to try and convince dad to go see that one as well. I saw the third one without at knowledge of the other two movies. Now that I’ve seen most of the second one and some of the first, I should be good to go. Perhaps I’ll have a Terminator Marathon that weekend. May 2009 is the best Summer Movie Season kick-off there has been in a while.
And then there is a slight anticipation of the exam tomorrow. A failing grade gets you a 5 on the multiple choice questions. I’m sure I’ll do fine with those; process of elimination is the best way to go. I’m only worried about the essays and DBQs. I really hope they’re things that I was focused on in class.
Well, I’m off to get a good night’s sleep for this test (and possibly write more of my poem?). So remember, I’m Jackie and I don’t know crap.
