So yesterday we went to the Holocaust Museum and it really is a life changing experience. It put the Holocaust into a very new perspective for me. I now can put faces to the victims and I heard real life stories. When you go to the elevator to get to the top floor you have to take an Identification Card, my girl died at the age of 17. It was very sad. And I hope to go back sometime soon. I also went to school today because I think missing school sucks. I actually fell asleep in math while I was taking notes, it was horrible.
New movie countdowns. Today- Terminator Salvation (Christian Bale, Sam Worthington). Tomorrow- Night at the Museum: The Battle of the Smithsonian (Ben Stiller, Jonah Hill) and (for those of you who are interested) Dance Flick (actors unknown). May 29- Drag Me to Hell (Justin Long, Alison Lohman) and Up (actors unknown). June 24- Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (Shia Labeouf, Megan Fox). July 1- Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. July 15- Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson). August 28- The Final Destination (Bobby Campo, Nick Zano). This summer is going to be spectacular! And we only have 9 more day left of school (not including finals). I’m so excited. I’m so ready to be done with school now. Hopefully I’ll past my driving test next weekend and the summer will start off wonderfully. I can’t wait. Well I guess that’s all for tonight. Keep reading and remember I’m Jackie and I don’t know crap.

So this year’s season finales are taking a toll to my eyeballs. I don’t think I can honestly cry anymore. Grey’s Anatomy was the worst thing ever. I can’t believe they did that. No, I will not spoil it til next week. I haven’t seen House, CSI, Bones, or Saturday Night Live. But everything else is turning out to be very depressing. Maybe they don’t want people to come back and watch their shows in the fall, because you just can’t end a season that way. It’s not fair to the average person who loves the show and has to have a happy ending.
Tomorrow is the Holocaust Museum. I leave my house at like 4:30 and don’t get home til 2:00 Thursday morning. It’s going to be a crazy day on Thursday. Yes, I will be at school. But there will not be a post tomorrow. The past few days I’ve been thinking about things that have happened in the past. And they were pretty tough times for me because even this much later I still cry thinking about it. I went back to read old conversations and to try and find out what was really said back then, and I realized how much I screwed up. And it still upsets me. I’m really not sure what that means, but it was a hard time and I was basically watch myself turn my life into a downward spiral. And we now have pictures on JDKC. They’re right next to the “blog” link at the top of the main page. I didn’t have the time to download all of the Boston pictures because I can only do 5 at a time and I have over 300. If you want to see a select few, you can always go to my myspace if you have it. Within the next week hopefully I’ll have all the pictures up. I guess that’s everything for tonight. Check out the pictures and remember I’m Jackie and I don’t know crap. Yesterday was just the first two days of Boston; the bus and Thursday. Today You should get the rest, if for some reason you don’t get the whole story you will have a part 3 tomorrow.
Friday started off with a trip to Plymouth. We arrived at Plymouth Plantation at 9:30 in the morning. While we were waiting to go watch the movie Steve shoved his hoodie in my purse, and then Megan proceeded to shove her guard jacket in there too. Surprisingly, they both fit. After the movie, Steven, Megan, and I went off to go around the Indian Reservation and the Plantation. We tried to convince a guy who was sitting in a house that we all live equally. He looked at Megan like she was crazy (if you know Megan, you would know why). So eventually we gave up on that and started to ask him about his line of work. He had multiple jobs and I don’t remember them all, but he was interesting to talk to. At 11:00, we left the plantation to go to the Mayflower II and Plymouth Rock. I got some really good pictures on the Mayflower, but I never got to see the Plymouth Rock. I did do a little bit of shopping and got a splattered Boston tee. After that we took off and went to the JFK Museum. I slept the whole way there. I really enjoyed the museum. Abbey and I took the longest to get through the entire thing. And since we only had ten minutes left we had to rush through the Jackie O stuff. That was the worst thing ever. Especially since there was only a little bit left. We left the museum at 4:00 to go to the Quincy Market. That was the most fun we had there. I loved looking around and seeing all the things that I want. However since everything there is available at home, I decided not to waste my money on anything. We got to No Name Restaurant and they had a picture of Matt Damon right by the door. The food was not the greatest, but the picture made it better. Shear Madness was also very funny. They had a lot of allusions in it. And most of them I understood. Then the gay guy looked at Mr. Zupancic and said he didn’t recognize him with his clothes on. It was hilarious. I want to go back and watch it again. And possibly change the outcome of it. We had hotel time. Megan and I, once again, went to Steve’s room where we looked at all of his pictures and made fun of Andrew. Saturday we were switching hotels and everyone in our room except for Abbey work up late. I ws already packed though. We went to the House of Seven Gables in Salem. It was a very small house with lots of hidden passageways. It was cute though and had lots of history, which I don’t think I could ever say all of it on here. We went to the Salem Witch Museum after that. I didn’t like it very much because it was basically “The Crucible” in ten minutes and a random display about fake witches. Then we had time to wander around and get food. It was a lot of fun and we learned out to say “Pahk yah cah in Hahvahd yahd.” Though I think “square” sounds better. At 2:30 we got to the Naval Yard where we got a tour of the U.S.S. Constitution. It was fun. I have tons of pictures from there as well. We arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn at 6:30 and had free time until 11:00. Megan and I got free food at Uno Chicago Grill because we told the waiter our favorite books. We all fell asleep pretty early. Sunday we left the hotel at 7:30 and got home at 7:00. I then watched Grey’s Anatomy which was the most depressing episode I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t believe it. Today was very tiring. I barely got through the whole day. Plus I somehow got sick. But I’m hoping that it’s just sinus infection. I could live with that. My nose might not be able to, but I can. Well, it’s time that I be off. Keep reading and remember I’m Jackie and I don’t know crap. |
